Step 10: Enter the “ID number” in the second box after selecting the “ID type“.
Step 11: Verify your identity by uploading or taking a photo of your valid ID.

How to Check if your Globe sim is Registered?

Whenever you are unsure about your globe sim registration, you can check it via the globe portal, the globe app, or through their customer support. Check if your globe sim has been registered successfully by following these steps.

Check By Globe One App: Log in to your Globe One account using the Globe One app. Place your focus beside your phone number. As shown in the image below, it will show you whether you are registered or not.

Check by Globe Sim Portal: The Globe SIM portal can be accessed by clicking the button above. Please enter your 10-digit Globe number now. Make sure you verify the OTP you receive on your phone. The message “Whoops!” will appear if you are already registered. If it displays “Next steps,” then proceed with the registration process.

Globe Store: Visit the Globe store nearby. Please inform them that you would like to check the status of your Globe registration. Details such as your name, address, and ID number will be required. After that, they will let you know whether or not you have been registered.

Globe Postpaid and Platinum Sim Registration

You will receive a text message from the company to confirm your registration details if you are a postpaid or Platinum customer. Send SIMREG to 8080 to confirm your details and registration. Once you have successfully registered with Globe, you will receive a confirmation message.

LTE at Home Registration

When you sign up for LTE home, you will receive a confirmation message from the company regarding your details.
Type SIMREG <ACCOUNT NUMBER> <WIRELESS LANDLINE/SUPER HOME PHONE NUMBER> and send it to 268204.
A confirmation message will be sent to you once you have registered.

For New Customer

You can purchase the Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi kit from the Globe online shop or through any Globe sales outlet.
The modem must be set up and turned on by connecting it to the adapter as instructed.
Sign up for the Globe One WiFi account and download the Globe One App.
Click “Register your SIM now” and enter your WiFi mobile number.

You can register your Globe Home Prepaid WiFi by following these steps:

Once you receive the One-Time Pin (OTP) in your modem inbox, you are ready to go.
Your next step is to connect to your modem. You can connect to the network by matching the SSID and password located on the back of your device.

Now you can access the modem.
Click on the login button located at the top right corner of the screen. Your username and password can be found at the backend of your device.
